Team Fortress 2....Why???

hi there guys,

i need some advice please...everytime i play Team Fortress 2, for the past couple of days, i'm on the server for a few minutes and my connection will take a dump in the game..for no reason...but when i play COD4 or CS:S i have no problems...i've got the 512kbps ADSL line, ISP is telkom...eish..my routers' orange light(which means its connected) flickers on and off untill i quit the game. my connection to the internet doesn't drop completely..

any suggestions????
