Teamspeak please help

Hi there,

I have 2 lcd's. Basically I'm looking to sit my teamspeak on my 2nd screen while i play. Then I can see whos talking on the left who joins our channel etc while im playing

However, Whenever someone joins the teamspeak server teamspeak automatically shifts the list of channels down to the bottom, not allowing me to see anyone in the channel =/

PLease can someone reccomend an alternative than can stilll connective to teamspeak servers or a way of stoppping this.
