We have a Business License for Teamviewer, an account for logging in has been created and the device we are connecting from has been added as a trusted device.
Even though I have selected 'keep me logged in' I need to re-enter the password from time to time, this also happens when the actual TeamViewer screen stays open and maximized.
Sometimes I am logged out of TeamViewer, but both the username (email) and password boxes as well as the sign-in button become inactive. The checkbox for 'keep me logged in' and the links (forgot password and sign up) on the login screen however remain active (repeatedly checking/unchecking it does not help either). Sometimes it helps to switch between the TeamViewer screens (sections) and I can log in again, but sometimes nothing seem to work.
Repeatedly connecting to a remote computer without being logged into our TeamViewer account of course incurs the 'commercial use detected' message and decreasing connection/usage time. This can be very unnerving when you have to help clients in emergencies apart from not having access to your remote computers list.
The machine on which TeamViewer is running is on a server with reliable (backbone) access.
Has anybody experienced something similar ?
