Don't know how you can sound so proud of the fact - I can get them for R1862, VAT included! Don't you do any research? :confused:

OK, let me rephrase that : nothing wrong with you being proud of and loving your job - it is to be commended. Congratulations.

What got my goat was your apparent complacency in advertising an (in my opinion, and evidently I'm not the only person feeling this way) obviously overpriced, obsolete component as if it was the bargain of the century.

I know, I know - obsolete to me is not obsolete to everyone else, but c'mon, even you would have to admit that THAT price is not what you want to associate your business with. It could too easily create the wrong kind of impression about you and your business.

Please see this as constructive criticism - I hope you can handle that.

Yes I do get your drift

As I clearly mentioned in my previous communication I distinctly mentioned that the product is EOL

In addition I also distinctly noted that I manage to source some units at the above-mentioned price.

I also distinctly noted that the product is a bit pricey.

Now at this point in time, with all due respect, what is it exactly that you have a problem with?

The price?

The purpose of my ad was to highlight the fact that I can source the Q6600 cpu although it's already EOL (albeit at a bit higher price.)

....but let's put this issue to rest now :)
 
People, the dudes selling his product at a certain price!

If you want to buy it then buy it, if you can get it cheaper elsewhere then get it elsewhere.

Last time i checked it was not Game that was advertising, so i doubt he is going to beat the price
