An international call center company seeks to appoint Technical Help desk Analysts to provide end-users with the ability to log tickets and requests, acting as a single point of contact for all Applications, Infrastructure and specific 3rd Party related problems.

You will need to have Matric (with Maths and Computer Science), have a good working knowledge of MS Office and Windows XP Windows 7; at least 12 months technical help desk experience; and have basic trouble shooting abilities.

You will need to be a strong communicator with a 'can-do' attitude, be dynamic and have a high energy drive - together with being self motivated and punctual and be able to work in a team.
