Long version
Okay I am on Telkom Internet and I am obviously suffering due to their current Bandwidth shortage problems.
Be that as it may i managed to get two free trials one from OpenWeb and the other from Axxess.
Neither of them had the telkom ISP issue, random dropped connections and horrendous speed on international.
But what i have noticed is that on all three, Telkom ISP, Axxess and OpenWeb is a connecting to the internet delay that last something like two to four minutes when I switch between the two or turn my router off then on.
This was never the case before, So i am assuming something is absorbing my routers time. At my work I routinely turn off and reconnect modems to the internet and the average time is about 30 seconds.
Short version
A delay of between two and four minutes before my computer connects to my ISP and google page comes up in browser. Once it is up everything is fine.
Windows 7 64bit, all browsers, Modzila, explorer and chrome, same story.
