Job Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years’ Project management experience in software development.
• A strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
• Experience with Scrum methodologies and Agile practice is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to clearly articulate expectations – clearly define what is expected of team members and define expectations of clients.
• Experience in estimating and planning.
• The ability to work across multiple clients and projects.
• An ability to overcome hurdles and solve difficulties for a team of developers.
• A positive attitude and work ethic.
• A commitment to quality, attention to detail and a thorough approach to tasks.
• Initiative, energy and a desire to learn.
Bonus if you:
• Experience in software coding.
• Financial Services experience.
• UX experience, understanding of SEO.
Daily duties:
Managing the development of innovative web- and mobile-based apps and sites.
• Managing a team of developers who are delivering software to client specifications.
• Managing client product owners and stakeholders to ensure expectations are being met.
• Estimating effort required for new products and/or features.
• Monthly billing and client reporting.
• Issue management and escalation to management.
