Job Requirements:
• Matric & IT Diploma
• MCSE
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role (remote support)
• Strong MS Server knowledge required
• Office 365, PABX experience and knowledge
Daily duties:
This position will mainly entail remote support for SME clients on escalated queries from Junior Technical Engineers. Strong Server and Microsoft knowledge needed to support their variety of SME clients.
