Looking through these forums it seems that most of the people here when faced with a problem go and post on these forums.
If you have a decent isp they will have technical support, phone them and if the person on the other end doesnt know what they talking about ask to speak to someone higher.
Every single service problem I have had I called tech support and got all the information I needed about why issue was occuring or had it fixed.
I know I going to get flamed for this post but what I am saying is true.
