The primary responsibility of this position is to provide superlative ISP technical support to all customers.

You will be the primary point of contact for customers experiencing networking and other technical difficulties, and you will need to have the following attributes to be successful:

  • Calm, patient, and caring
  • Technically-minded
  • Problem solver
  • Great written and verbal skills
  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Good sense of humour to survive in this world
  • Interest in further education
  • Attention to detail

In addition to the above personal attributes, the ideal candidates will meet or exceed the following criteria:

  • 1 year telesales or support experience in a technical environment
  • Matric or matric equivalent
  • Ability to complete a basic technical competency test
  • Vocational National Certificate in ICT would be preferable
  • Enrolled or graduated from a (FET or otherwise) college/university (preferential)

Salary: R7,000 to R9,000 depending on experience.
