[h=4][/h] We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Trainer to instruct both customers and our technical and sales teams. This candidate requires a strong knowledge of TCP/IP in general and practical experience with wired, wireless and VoIP technology. Previous technical training is a requirement - We will however also provide the relevant opportunities to reach certified trainer level.*

You will need a solid technical aptitude and be an excellent communicator, able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way.
[h=5]Tasks & Responsibilities[/h]

• Provide certified product training to our customers
• Coordinate all training events
• Internal staff training and general skills improvement
• Create product video content for the web
• Provide advanced technical support to our customers
• Investigate further training opportunities within our market
• Product research and development

[h=5]Skills & Experience[/h]

• Proven experience as a technical trainer
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP
• Ability to address training needs with complete courses
• Working knowledge in MS Office (especially Powerpoint)
• Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to*groups
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Industry standard qualification in either Electrical or Network Engineering (i.e. CCNA, N+, Mikrotik, UBNT, VoIP)

Must be prepared to travel.
