So ... Telkom 'upgrades' the ADSL connection speeds in our area without warning. 4 hours later sends a message to say 'we noticed the service is down in your area' no sh--t sherlock you cut it to 'fix' the lines! FINALLY goes back the next day, but absolutely horrible connection speeds, basically unusuable. Nothing will open if it is bigger than the size of a sparrow's single brain cell. TRY to call Teldom to complain, but first told 'everything is fine' but NO it is NOT so try again later only to be told 'try again later, our network is down'. Gave up for the day at that point, tried again Thursday morning, only to be told there is "nothing wrong, but we will log a complain if you insist, but a call-out fee of R300 and something rand will apply'. Like WHHHHHAAATTT??? You messed up everything and nothing has been right since you played around 'fixing' it and 'upgrading' it so how is it MY fault that I must pay for Teldom to come fix THEIR f--ck up?
So how do I get them to fix their mess without charging me?
FYI whole town is moaning about the slow net, so not just me!!! (and yes it's a small town, and we had our once a month market this morning and we moaned about Teldom)
