I Agree Maybe she is not interested Really or got a better lunch at the other commitment. Maybe duck and diving Icassa, Maybe do not want to be drawn in discussion in fear to blab real opinion of her stance on icassa findings which I would like to know

A little off topic but for quite a while now it's been saying 100 000 ADSL subscribers in the country.. and if I remember right some time in August the one article said there was a backlog of 20 000 orders to still be processed... so correct me if I'm wrong, but what with all the price changes and all there should be AT LEAST 120 000 ADSL users in SA now? (yes still low I know, but an improvement! )
