Telecoms talk shop kicks off

Do they hand out free lunch there? I was thinking, since they hold these talks more often, I might save on some lunch money by hanging out there the whole time.
 
Seems as though even our illustrious minister is being forced to get out of bed for this one :)
 
The first round, held in July, led to a consensus that prices are too high. A nine-member working group was then put together to advise government on the agenda for the follow-up meeting.
