Telecom's Training

hi guys n gals

just a quickie. does anyone know where i would be able to get training in telecoms...like an official certificate/diploma/degree in telecommunications or any sort of specialists training from entry level to expert?
Or are there any short courses or certificates offered by certain vendors?

any info will be gladly appreciated....google hasnt helped much.

on the regulation/governance etc side of things, try the LINK centre at wits uni.

there are also online course available in regulation/governance side of things - you're gonna need to be more specific about what you looking for.
