Telephone line down

I've had a good run with my 4mb line lately, can't recall any significant problems recently.

But that has now changed. My line just went dead tonight. Nothing. No ringtone nada. And this on a Friday night with the weekend ahead. Ffs

Logged the fault with telkom, let's see what happens.

They actually work on Saturdays? I'll be very impressed if they resolve this soon. In general have to say I've received very good service from Telkom, especially the staff at the Tygervalley shop. Let's hope they don't let me down.

What area are you in? They keep telling me it's an area fault. But my line is the only one that seems to go down

Boston, Bellville. But my neighbour's line is working fine so definitely not an area issue. No one else in the area complaining at this stage.

And to add to this I didn't have water last night either. It's like I'm camping in my own house.
