Telephone line is hanging dangerously low

After the strong winds a few days ago, I noticed the Telkom telephone line hanging almost 1 meter off the ground where previously it was more than 2 meters high. Who should I contact to get the line sorted out or moved?

Good luck with that, We hav ebeen complaining of a telephone line resting on the roof our grass lapa for probably 5 years now. They have been out to inspect, admitted that it needs to be moved, but nothing has happened since.

Why not use the low hanging line for an extra line to hang ur clothing after washing it. U paying for the line, might as well make use of it.
