Telephony question (E1 to PSTN)

I'm pretty clueless here and would require some help, please

I have been tasked to provide some initial pricing/thoughts on E1 to PSTN.
Any thoughts on who can provide the above services (hardware/installation/support). Would it be the beast<Telkom> or are there far more competent companies around?

What do you actually need to do. Telkom is the PSTN...
