Telfree, need some advice from people using them

Hi,

We live in an area where the telkom lines are stolen every other day, so i've been looking at voip services.

Skype has to much of a delay to be of any real business use.

I don't have adsl so vox is out, but i've been testing telfree for about two days and it seems up to the job. I was just wondering if anyone is useing it for their business and what the service/reliability is like?

We've just started using 3g which seems to be reliable enough for voip.

Telfree Quality

Quality on their system is good unless you over extend the service i.e. keep the number of concurrent calls low.

If you see this as a way to route all calls it will not work without a proper high speed connection.

Works well on DSL & 3G, just stay away from Iburst

Have a look at the Telkom Spacestream system as well. I have supplied the system to various clients in your position, caters for both voice and data. Latency is not bad either
