Telkom 0800 456 786 system down?

Hi Everyone

Just called the above number and Xolani told me theit system is down. Anyone else getting this or was i just palmed off to clear the lines?

I've had that before. But it's all relative, really. because even when their 'system' is 'up' it's totally useless.
