Telkom 10219

I want to install a ADSL line at home, been trying to dail Telkom 10219 for the last hour, but I cannot get through... I they can't even get a phone line to work, what will they do if I ask for an ADSL line... man, rethinking the line now...

Its the business side. I always get through there and then just continue with my residential request.
