Is there a way to order a Telkom telephone line online?

Reason I am asking is because I tried calling them and I always get no answer.

There's an option to order an ADSL line but no telephone line. I need both - do I have to call 10210 for that?

When you select it, it will ask whether you have a line or not.

Right... but after I select no then put in my address, the cart says it is a monthly cost of R165 and once off installation of ~R700.

I thought the monthly cost would be more?

R165 is for the telephone only. Not adsl.
