Telkom 3G speed test

Sheez, you guys are lucky!

My signal strength is always showing 0% and I'm struggling my butt off to connect every 2nd/3rd day!!! I probably need to wait a few more months before I start using Telkom 3G again!

P.S Also using an old vodafone Huawei E220 flashed to the latest firmware (11.117.09.05.00)
 
jip, the antie at Telkomshop said Montana is only 'average' signal strenth (for now), so we know we can assume that to be crappy in reality.
My parents also there, where I had hoped Telkom 3G would be the solution since not MTN or Voda or iBurst have proper signal. (I think its the koppies that block the signal from city side, or maybe the towers are on top of the koppies, so the signal sort of shines over Montana :confused: )
Lets hope they bring up more towers that side soon.

Still your speeds aren't that bad... if you use a newer modem (E270 or B970) you should get better signal and much better speeds

Nice at the same time i know one website there also you got a better result to check internet speed test. The site is ip-details.com i always check my internet speed test from here.
