Telkom 4MB uncapped speed dropping

Hi,

can anyone tell me why my speed is dropping drastically to like 14kbps when i am downloading off Vuze?
I have put in a brand new 4Mbps line with Telkom and it was fast for about 2 days then now its just dropping drastically with downloads. Ive done a speed test with it coming back saying 3.8mbps. so i have no idea what the issue is??

anyone got a clue about this?? do they start to throttle over a certain limit of GBs?

did you only do the speedtest with South Africa servers or with international servers as well?

The host you are downloading from might be limiting the download speed
