Telkom 5102G router DNS issues

Hi,

I am having some troubles with my Telkom 5102G router connecting to an afrihost account. Using the telkom guest account I am able to browse the Telkom website, so I know my adsl line is working. If I try to use the afrihost details I run into some problems. The router is able to log in with the afrihost details, but I am still unable to browse. The afrihost tech support have told me that my problem is that the router is defaulting to the telkom DNS servers.

If the DNS settings are set to automaticaly detect, then the router does indeed take the telkom DNS servers. If I manually enter the afrihost DNS details the router gui tells me it connects to the afrihost DNS server, but I am still unable to browse. Using the Afrihost account I am still able to browse the telkom website, which to me would suggest that the router is still using the telkom DNS (please correct me if I am wrong).

Has anyone encountered this problem before? Or can anyone give me some suggestions as to what I could try to fix it?
