Telkom Account Problem

I have a 1GB telkom account. Now I downloaded through the night and this morning it seemed to be capped. NOT?

Now I get a international IP but the gateway IP is local suggesting that I'm capped. Here is a screenshot from my router.

Now this is creating conflict. I can not download/browse do anything on the net. Its like the router is offline. How can I fix this. I guess a account reset by telkom would fix the problem but they don't know what I'm saying.
They ask me the usual stupid questions. Are your username and password correct? Is your computer plugged into the router and this bull**** I don't need.

Its yes to all. The problem is the conflict between the international IP and the local Gateway IP. Both should be 165.146 cause I'm capped. But it doesn't. I have restarted my router a million times and I'm now using a prepaid IS account from axxess. Any 1 know how to fix please? :confused:
 
my IP is having the same problem but i can still browse fine with the account. It shows my IP as 165.146.. and im not capped.
 
They better fix this problem fast cause I'm getting frustrated. It says link up in my router but the account is dead. It doesn't want to visit any website! God Dammit!
