Telkom account query

Hi all

This is on my telkom account.. I would like to know what each of these means.

DSL Fast
Telkom Closer Option 4
TI-AllAccess
TI-AllAccess Advanced

I understand the 'telkom closer option 4' is the plan i applied for, and 'DSL Fast' is probably the ADSL line rental (I think?). What is the TI-AllAcces and Advanced? Why are both of them there?

Well anyway I found the problem, I applied for an extra 1 gig topup on the account for the month, and instead of just 1 extra gig for the month, the telkom idiot on the other side created a new 1 gig account, which we were paying for and not using for the almost 2 years.

Kicked up a fight with them and eventually got refunded about R1500
