Am I the only one who can't get through to this number...
Please try this and let me know... I get the long tone with short interval - according to telkom this is "number no longer exists"... Has been like this for 2 days for me. Am trying to query my bill - 2x installation charges @ R106 ea. This is the number advertised on the phone bill.

I get that often, you're just unlucky... (I phone them about 2 or 3 times a week)

Just try over and over during the course of the day!
 
more often than not i have probs getting through to 10210 too

solution:
try the toll-free number on pg. 2 of yr phone bill... 0800-600-810
and just tell them u carrnt tok afferkaans... or just goooi die taal :)
