Johannesburg - Telkom has admitted that its customer service levels are currently not up to scratch, but says it had put numerous measures in place to change this.

I think they know people are going HSDPA in 2008, as it is taking off quite well.

They admit to the problem, and LIE again as always by saying they will fix it, reasuring some customers to go for ADSL (because a person interested in broadband thinks, "hmm..they are working on it...")
...mark my words, these people will be left high and dry!

You all should know better by now then to trust telkom.....eish

Deja Vu? They are always saying they are putting measures in place. Id love to actually see said measures IN PLACE.

I think the only measuring that is taking place is shareholders satisfaction, dividend payouts and how many BMWs need to be purchased this financial year to keep the DoC and ICASA appeased.
