I converted to a Telkom 4Mbps line 4 weeks ago and for the first week it worked wonderfully with line speed close on the 4Mbps mark for the last 2 weeks I have been battling with an average of 0.5Mbps.
If I get hold of the call center they reset the port and the speed recovers for ten minutes then drops back down.
I am looking for advice on getting a more constant line speed. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
