Telkom adsl 5100 router

Halo can some1 pls help me here
I want to log on to my router but i dont know the username or password so if some1 could please help me out

The default is:

Username: admin
Password: password

or

Username: admin
Password: admin

The default username and password should be, username: admin password: admin or adminstrator

If someone changed the password, you have to reset the router, but this means you have to know your ISP details, in order to put it back.

Always change the default password, as someone could easily gain access to your router
