Telkom ADSL and Showmax

This is the type of speed I get when using Telkom 10 meg connection with the entertainment pack add on when trying to view Showmax. It can take around 90 minutes to load a 44 minute series episode, watching a movie is just not possible as a 2 hour movie would take about 4 to 5 hours to load.

I had a long chat with the Showmax support and they feel as I do that not enough bandwidth has been allocated for the Showmax stream.

Checking my ADSL speed shows me that I am hitting the 10 meg download speed on normal internet connections.

Have you contacted Telkom? I don't have any issues on a 4meg line
