Telkom Adsl auto upgrade

End last month, telkom was suppose to upgrade our ADSL lines, but nothing happened, I know here somewhere is a thread about it, do anyone know what to do now.

Since when does Telkom upgrade their ADSL ? Last upgrade I had was in 2006.

Telkom, I am on 2, then you go to 4 and 4 to 10 etc
