Telkom ADSL cancellation

Can anyone help me on how to cancel my telkom adsl line as i have recently moved and there is no infrastructure at the new place. I have already cancelled on the website, mid December, and got one email and call from Natasha Munoo a week later, but she is not replaying on my mails and when I try to phone it says the number does not exist.

Rowan there is a thread about Telkom cancellations. It a horror story. So please keep those communications as proof. And unless you stop getting billed,, check your debits or statement consider it not cancelled. Call billing and inquire.
