Telkom ADSL Data Issues.

My Telkom Soft Capped account doesn't seem to be working properly. I'm on a 4MB line and if I try to download a file, it downloads at between 40-120KB/s. On my Afrihost Capped account, the same file downloads at a solid 380KB/s

At first I thought it was just during Night Surfer hours, but it seems to be like this all the time. Is anyone else experiencing this (Particularly CPT users)?

Also, who should I report the issue to? I can confirm my ADSL Line is working perfectly, so it's isolated to the actual Telkom Internet account being the problem.

Any advice or thoughts would be much appreciated.

Going to try to give Telkom a call. This account definitely seems to be a dud, or there's a problem with Telkom internet in my area.
