Telkom ADSL - does guest account still work?

Trying to help my boet remotely setup adsl - does the telkom adsl guest account still work?

guest@telkomadsl (password is guest).


Said he tried it but it doesnt work - I remember using it 2 years ago and it worked. Just want to confirm he is being dof and it does work?

Yes it still works, maybe his line isnt active or wrong router setting are in use.

Thanks - could be. I'll try and talk him through doing a router reset.
