My line is currently an ISDN line, i want to go ADSL.
So, i will cancel my ISDN subscription and will take on an ADSL line rental fee and do the Self Install thing for the ADSL.
From a Telkom perspective, what needs to happen, as i cannot got a straight answer from a few of the call center agents i spoke to at telkom.
Do they need to physically come out to my house to "remove" the ISDN equipment? Or do they just change something on their side and change my line to ADSL? Do i have to wait on a technician becoming available to sort things out? I have requested self install on my order (placed on the 21st Jan) and still no feedback from them.
Please help. Thanks
