Telkom ADSl - International down?

My capping is far from exhausted, I can only access local sites, no international sites, including Google, anyone else having same problem?

Yep we are also experiencing the same thing at work. I thought we had blown our cap again and didn't want to contact the boss to see if we had.

Also seeing HTTP problems. I can get to my server in the US via SSH fine, though.
