I have a 2mb line bundle thing with Telkom, and it's been doing pretty well up until 2-3 months ago.
I used to be able to stream youtube vids without buffering (obviously not 1080), but recently my connection has been very buggy - sometimes I even have a hard time streaming 240p. I've also noticed that I sometimes have to refresh a webpage a couple of times before it loads properly... Pretty annoying.
It's very inconsistent - it would be pretty decent for a bit, and then terrible for a bit, then run OK again.
I'm not sure what the problem is. I've tried the whole "switch everything off and unplug everything" game a couple of times and it's never resolved the matter. I don't know whether it is my line or my router.
Any ideas?
