Telkom ADSL issues

Well let me start off by saying our home phone stopped working end of jan this year, its still not working after numerous escalations...

Then our ADSL also went for a ball of S#%T. Long story short, our router stopped working AND my dlink AP in the front also stopped working - you can access and configure both the devices - but not wifi working whatsoever.

So new router in, however - are these results good for a 2mbps ADSL

NOTHING over 1mbps...upload not more than 0.2...

I have started communicating to telkom over facebook - its the only way i get a response.

WTF is going on at telkom - a technician from Kwazulu natal visited us approx 1 month ago - but as soon as we went out - we got an sms - call resolved - he just buggered off

HELP!!!! we paying R600 for a phone and crappy internet - driving us nuts

upstream - 164

Attenuation
downstream - 470
upstream - 411

Attainable kilobytes
downstream - 1756
downstream - 532

good, bad?

From what you have posted ---- bad.

But the info is incomplete. How about a screenshot of what the modem diagnostics is giving you instead.
