Telkom ADSL line conversion time?

So how long should I expect to wait for my line to be converted to an ADSL line after ordering? Telkom techie says my exchange uses "cards" so it can be activated remotely.

I am using cybersmart to get my line and account. I applied on Thursday and from the progress report on the website says they sent through the ADSL order to Telkom on Friday, will be interesting to see how long Telkom takes.
