How long does a line downgrade take?
After Telkom moving me from 4mbps uncapped (do advanced uncapped) to 10mbps uncapped (do premium uncapped) instead of the requested 10mbps 50gb softcap (do premium), I then requested they just move me back to 4mbps uncapped (do advanced uncapped) since they had serious difficulty understanding the difference between 10mbps uncapped and 10mbps softcap (like the 41% price difference!). It has been 6 days and no luck, I just have a reference number, how to speed things up? I'm just throwing money away while Telkom takes its time to do a simple downgrade (while the upgrade took just 30 minutes!)....
