Telkom ADSL line install ETA

Hi

I am moving into a new house and would like to install a ADSL line, but what is the quickest procedure to do this

If ie. i go with Mweb can they log the calls with telkom?
or do i need to go to Telkom and log the request?

save yourself the future hassle and dont take the line with mweb...
