Is there a form available for the installation of a month-to-month ADSL line?

We don't want a 24-month contract, and neither do we want a free adsl router.

Good choices re: contracts and free modems.
Best bet is going into one of the Telkom Direct branches and putting a face and name to your application and completing an application for ADSL, no contracts. There's also a toll free number to dial and order, but it's advisable to go into a direct store.
If you're happy to save a further a R500.00 or so, you must ask for the ADSL self installation option. Further info on this can be found on these forums.

if you only ask for the installation the phone and adsl line then its automatically month to month. Am sure theres new service application forms on the website but i think its actually quicker to phone. When they ask if you want a router just say no and you should avoid any contracts

yeah they normally catch you when you say you want the router cos you are getting it "FREE" upadłość if you sign the contract but they work it into your monthly bill

just call 10219 and order it like everyone else. just say, self install, no modem, no contract, and the cap and speed option.

if you need the phone line consider a special promotion where there is no installation fee. look at the Closer options
