Telkom ADSL line

I am realy dissipointed with this Telkom ADSL line. Telkom install this ADSL line about 2 months ago and my first time I was able to connect was a week after instelation. the connection is so poor I have only after hours a connection to do something. during office hours I have most of the time a red indication or the connection is so slow I cannot open Google. The telephone line is so noicy I don't even think about it to use it.

I did lock a fault a week ago, even lock the same fault 3 days ago on the web and still no reaction from Telkom. Well today is due day for Telkom if this is not fixed by COB I will end this offer that already cost me a R1000 and I have nothing for it.

Can someone inform me of a service provider for ADSL that not use Telkom please?

ADSL = Telkom infrastructure

Else look at Afrihost 3G. Would help if you say where you live for advice on Wireless providers.

For the noise I think you need a filter. I had the same issue and I used a filter which came with my router and that was sorted. Have u tried another ISP?

The telephone line is so noicy I don't even think about it to use it.

Log a voice line fault for that, tell them your line is very noisy. DO NOT MENTION ADSL OR INTERNET!
