Anybody using their Telkom ADSL backup Sim in a (dualsim) phone? Is this allowed and are you experiencing any issues?

Anybody using their Telkom ADSL backup Sim in a (dualsim) phone? Is this allowed and are you experiencing any issues?

I have been trying to get mine working for the last six months (on a Do Basic plan add-on) with no luck. I had 2gb on an IDS when I had a 10meg uncapped line and it worked perfectly. I phone them every now and then and get frustrated after speaking to three different departments..

Started using IDS in dualsim and ADSL stopped. Just trying to figure if the two issues are somehow related
