Telkom ADSL Problem

I'm having difficulties with my Telkom ADSL line.
I'm experiencing slow connections to local sites and very slow connections to international sites. I'm on the Faster DSL package which is supposed to get up to 512 kbps, I'm only getting up to 256 kbps. My current download rate is 0.43 mMb/s and my upload is 0.20 Mb/s, this is according to Speedtest.net

I have also done a trace route to my MWEB.co.za and to Google.com, here are the results:

These time outs can't be normal can they?

I am using a Telkom Mega 105WR router and have upgraded the Firmware to the latest version.

I'm on the verge of telling Telkom to stick their service and am just waiting for them to get back to me on an escalated fault report that I filed yesterday.

Is this normal for Telkom ADSL?
