Firstly i hope i've posted this in the right area if not i am sorry

My question is this, is there anyway in which i could use a program like route sentry with my telkom adsl account, it's a 3gig blended, to restrict it from using up the international bandwidth and only use the local one, seeing that local is uncapped on telkom accounts i'd like to make use of this without hitting my cap on international first.

I know route sentry is designed for 2 ISP accounts, but i was just wandering if theres anyway to do this.

Nope, telscums new buzzword blended means just that. You cannot use just one part of it. They force you to use up the 3gig before you can use local only...

You need to have two accounts to fully benefit from TI's free local bandwdith. The cheapest way to do it is to get a 1gb prepaid account/voucher (+-R70) to use for international Route Senrry account after you have reached your cap on the TI account. Then use the TI account as your Route Sentry local account.

Thanks for input

That sucks, will have to get 2 accounts
soo lame
