Telkom ADSL Super Slow

Hi Guys

Using Telkom 4MB ADSL and Telkom as ISP and over the last week and a half the net is super slow for me. Some sites are fine and others are not. Take YouTube for instance, get the site but no video feed. Firefox addons is another, it just never gets there.

Put my Vodacom 3G data card on the machine and I have no problems with any of these sites etc.

Telkom has tested the line and say it is fine.
They apparently redid the settings on their end yesterday.
I have upgraded the router firmware.
Firewall allows all outgoing and no incoming but with nothing else special.
Tried using the new Google DNS server IPs and it had no effect.

Any ideas what to do, as you can imagine, Telkom is not much help blaming the other side or other dept all the time.

Well change your ISP and get them to handle your problems, Mine is "Screaming"
