It sucks!
Not only do they charge an arm and a leg for their sevices, but when you call for help, customer service is strongly lacking.
A few weeks ago I had trouble connecting to my internet and I had to call about 5 or times to get help. At one point I was holding on for two hours during one attempt.
Then I finally got through and the guy didn't know how to help me, so he put me back in the queue, without so much as a warning. Not before he messed up my settings though and I still can't use my desktop!
Every time i call they tell me I've reached my cap, which is so far from the truth and I can never get proper help.
Today I called again and was once again told I was capped. Knowing I had only used about 60% of my cap, i argued. This being Telkom though, I got nowhere FAST. He didn't even consider that there might be something else wrong.
I said if I was capped, I should still be able to connect to the banking sites. he told me if I wanted to do that I should use a guest account.
He was very stroppy about a few other things and I got fed- up and ended the call.
I called back and spoke to a very helpful lady who stuck with it and eventually we sorted the problem out.
I now understand the menatlity of the fired "postal worker"
Bunch of scumbags
